Spa Poolside Sessions
Enjoy an adult-only 2-hour poolside session at Peake Spa during your stay. Sit back and relax on your own lounger, and unwind with access to the fantastic 18-metre indoor pool, sanarium, steam room, Jacuzzi and concept shower. Your 2-hour session costs just £20 per person and includes a reserved lounger, robe and towels. Your preferred time slot can be reserved for you between the hours of 10am and 6pm – subject to availability.

Free Swimming*
Peake Spa at SbN Resort welcomes adult Apple Tree Lodge guests to their Free Swim sessions*, 7 days a week, before 10am and after 6pm. Children are also welcome during the restricted children’s swim times. Booking is not required for Free Swim sessions.

Dining
Fancy a night off from cooking? The Resort offers a great range of dining experiences. Enjoy mouth-watering à la carte cuisine, Sunday lunch, and delicious Afternoon Tea in the Lakes Restaurant, great food and live TV sport in the casual Sports Bar, or coffee and cake – or a sundowner cocktail – in the Orchard Lounge Bar & Terrace. Each dining area offers a welcoming terrace overlooking the lake, with retractable rooves and heating so you can enjoy dining al fresco in comfort. Peake Spa
Get away for a little ‘me time’ at Peake Spa and indulge in a luxurious treatment. From manicures and massages to bespoke facials and Rasul mud therapy experiences, you will leave feeling wonderfully pampered. If you’d really like to treat yourself, recharge on a blissful Spa Day which will include a delicious Spa lunch and use of the tranquil indoor pool and sun terrace, as well as the sauna, sanarium and Jacuzzi.

Golf Courses
Play in the footsteps of champions on the two renowned 18-hole championship golf courses at the Resort. This sought-after venue has hosted a number of worldwide-televised international PGA and European Tour golf events over the years. The Gainsborough and the Constable, both created in the early 1970s, are well-established courses which include the challenges of lakes, streams and woodland, and offer stunning views over the Dedham Vale AONB. Visitor tee times can be booked a maximum of 4 days in advance of play by calling 01206 262836.
Golf Academy
Whether you’re a total beginner or would just like to improve your swing, there is a golf coaching option to suit everyone! The Resort has its own Golf Academy, offering junior, individual and group coaching for all abilities with its resident PGA and EGTF Professionals. Book your lesson online or call 01206 262836 for more information. Advance booking is recommended.
Driving Range
Have fun with friends and family, or practice your game at the Resort’s Golf Driving Range. There are 22 covered bays as well as an extensive putting green and short game practice area. There is no need to book, simply bring along some change to rent your bucket of balls and take up your place in a bay!
Golf Simulator Suite
Ideal for rainy days, play on famous courses around the world on the state-of-the-art Foresight GC Quad Golf Simulator! Test your skills and compete with family and friends, or enjoy some individual practice on the virtual courses. The Golf Simulator suite is available to hire for just £30 per hour for up to 4 players, and you can enjoy drinks and snacks inside the suite from the Sports Bar whilst you play.

Squash Court
Keep fit and challenge your family and friends to a game of squash during your visit. The Resort has a squash court which is available to hire, with advance booking recommended. For reservations and racquet hire, please call Peake Spa Reception on 01206 265820.
Coarse Fishing
Get outdoors and enjoy the views with a spot of coarse fishing. You’ll find carp, pike, bream, tench, roach and perch in the Resort’s lakes. Please contact the Resort to purchase a Day Pass for catch and release fishing. Your own equipment is required.
Pippin Resort & Golf Shop
Pippin is your one-stop-shop for everyday essentials, fresh fruit in season from our sister company Boxford Farms, and a selection of juices, wines, beers and snacks. There is also a fabulous range of gifts, cards, sports clothing and golf merchandise available to browse. Pippin is open 7 days a week from 7am to 6pm (7pm during the summer months).
Walks around Apple Tree Lodges & Stoke by Nayland Resort
Explore the stunning grounds of SbN Resort on our most local walking routes! Follow the 1.5 mile circular route from Apple Tree Lodges to SbN Resort, passing lakes and tree-lined lanes. You can also wander through the small lanes (watching out for any traffic) or country footpaths which lead out towards Leavenheath, Stoke by Nayland and further afield.
